I have a housewife!!!

Holy Cow. I got home from work last night and my house was spotless. I mean, beautiful-shiny-spotless. My sister wants to "earn her keep." And not wanting to ever come between a woman and her work ethic, I generously offered to supply whatever cleaning accessories she considered necessary.

Then, we went shopping. Though I love to cook, I simply haven't had the time, and I don't eat anything these days unless its prepackaged or microwaveable. So, we bought some really weird stuff. Like fresh produce and eggs.

This morning, she made me a breakfast of mexican-spiced scrambled eggs and warmed corn tortillas.

I think I've died and gone to heaven.

Bugs: More stink bugs. I've learned that they hide in the carpet during the day, so I bought a titanium, super-sucking, multi-attachment, triple-brushed, bagless, heat-seaking vacuum.

yeah, just us, but we don't get along. My family is majorly dysfunctional. I won't bore you with the details, but I moved to CO, 1500 miles away, and pretty much am never going back, not even to visit. It's the only way I can be happy. my family is REALLY messed up.

all that to say... wish I had a nice happy sister. :D hee hee

I'm glad you found beeyootiful Colorado and Larry! Poor Holly-kitty. Yep, families can suck majorly. Mine is also a complete mess, though I still love 'em. Sometime offline, we should have a dysfunctional contest (oh yeah? Well MY family...) If you win, I'll buy you Gaimen's next book.

So you want a sister, huh? I'd be happy to steal your clothes, make snide remarks about your appearance, and compare housekeeping habits...just so you feel some sisterly love. Hee hee!!!

yes, we'll compare who's family is more dysfunctional... fun game! I'm intrigued by your claims because I can't imagine anyone's family being more dysfunctional than mine.... you must have some excellent stories! LOL
