Barely avoided clichés: lots of gazing happened in this one
The words I'll hate most to cut: I am not the queen yet, but I intend to be. (and) Such a lovely, innocuous voice.
Thank God an editor didn't see this: a childlike gin (I guess that's the non-alcoholic variety)
General thoughts: Chapter 6 is shaping up to be aaall about transition. But I have learned from my Unmagicked mistakes and will shove plot into this thing anyway. Yes, there will be Scary Danger. Somehow.
