Blue Heaven Disaster The First

So. Made it up to lovely Kelleys Island for a week of Blue Heaven '07 (oo, it rhymes). My fellow BHers are great. The first night of crits was great. The weather is great.

My luggage would also be great, if it were here. Alas, I left it at home.

I wonder how long until I start to smell?

Don't exert yourself. . . . and borrow someone's deodorant. :)

I can see this one setting a precedent---and setting off jokes---for every trip you take for the rest of your life.

"Where's my luggage?"
a. "Didn't you bring it?"
b. "I thought you brought it."
c. "I don't know."
d. under the hotel bed/in hotel closet, so you'll think you forgot it
e. under the bed at home so you will forget it
f. right in front of you, but someone *unpacked all your stuff* and left that at home

You might consider mixing the packing in future. Some of his clothes in your bag, some of yours in his. . . .just for emergencies. ;)

That's what [livejournal.com profile] careswen and I do. If the airline should loose one bag or we somehow forget a bag, then we each have some clothes to start with.
