waiting, waiting, waiting...

When I first got a wild hair to go write something, no one told me how much durn WAITING would be involved. I have fully three stories riding the rejection circuit that, for one reason or another, I don’t expect to hear back on for at least 3 months.

I understand it’s far worse to get an agent and start shopping a novel.

Writers must be the patient-est people in the universe. Or maybe just crazy.

Also, I am all out of clean laundry.
