...has frozen over.

I love my husband very much and it was worth it to move here from California.  I love my husband very much and it was worth it to move here from California.  I love my husband very much and it was worth it to move here from California.  I love my husband...

I'm so sorry that it's like this. I don't think it's been this cold in a long time. That really doesn't help you now, though. Snuggling up to a warm husband could help, right? Or baking. Baking will warm the house up, too.

Just think of it this way... less heat means less entropy in the environment, and so the colder it is, the longer you'll live. Assuming you survive the cold, that is.

Come visit me! It was 41°C yesterday, and other parts of Aus are suffering more than that.

(Poor you.)

So I guess it doesn't help to mention that it's 80 degrees out here? :-p

Hate you so bad!

My mom complains about it being "sooooo coooold" in Florida. 50 degrees! I would not mind 50 degrees AT ALL!

*hugs rae*

lol... oh well, 50 degrees isn't that cold. I could dig me some 50 degree weather. I imagine though, that 50 would be a horrific heat wave to you all out there!

Curses upon you and the slime you slithered in on.

You say the sweetest things. :-)

Sorry... I can't even imagine what 14 below feels like. Yikees. I shall take my 80 degrees and slither on. My sympathies to you though... that's seriously brutal.

Yeah....it might even be approaching too cold for me. I still love the snow!

But a windchill of -28 is pushing it.

Yeah. The car doesn't want to run, doors don't want to open, and there are no gloves in the world that can keep your fingers dextrous. *sporksporkspork*

Hey, it's barely -20F in Minnesota this morning. Which, yeah, a little chilly, sure.

My people moved to Ohio from Maryland. Which explains everything, I think.

Thank you. Definitely brought a smile to my face. IIRC, the last time we had a cold spell like this was back in 2001. So, you'll have seven "warm" years and you can plan to snowbird down to Florida in the winter of 2015-2016.

Hey! Just a reminder. You need to count your toes at least once an hour.

What the hell. Charlie made you move to the Midwest from California??

Time to start putting icicles down his neck and popsicle toes on his nether regions. Because, you know, you did it for LOVE -- time for him to pay up.

Bwhahaha, I hope my husband is thinking the same way. The other day, though, he *did* complain about the 6 degrees celsius in our bedroom. He clearly needs to toughen up. :P

Turkey or chicken soup will warm you up. If not, the soup will make your house smell so good. Bake an apple pie. Bake some bread.

You are probably too busy to get real domestic, but now is a good time to LOVE being indoors.
